We purchased a new 2024 kia telluride in my home state of Alabama because Beck & Masten wanted around $12,000 more than what we ended up paying at the time for the same trim level. Marques and Chelsea were my sales team. I was very iffy at first as I was only supposed to be gathering information. They were not pushy at all but very informative and patient. I expressed that I wanted out of my vehicle due to negative equity and bad customer service at the dealership. The WORST experience imaginable! I was sold a vehicle that literally was not safe as the steering ended up not being functional. I called the next morning after receiving it to return it and continued to call the sales manage and general manager for 5 days with no response. The salesman did take my calls and shared my issues with management. They refused to take it back and I had to have it fixed at another dealership. Also, the vehicle was scratched between completing the paperwork and receiving the vehicle.
Kia of Lincoln staff was very helpful when I had issues with my key fob. Shoutout Godfrey for helping me when I got there and made me laugh through it given my situation!
I bought a 2025 KIA Sportage in December of 2024. I have never gotten the correct title. They gave me one with my name on it but the wrong address. They also lied about having a tire, which this one did not and we had to buy one. I paid cash money and never got a tile. We came into World Car KIA in New Braunfels a week ago to look at the Sportage Hybrid. Alex Chavez greeted us right away and helped us answer some questions and test drive a few of the Sportages. We ended up buying a 2026 KIA Sportage Prestige Hybrid and love it so far. We have bought many vehicles in the past, but this is our first experience with KIA. I would give zero stars if it was allowed. I purchased a vehicle from these crooks September 1, 2025. They’re trying to tell me that they would’ve rather the vehicle sitting in their inventory and we order a car so that I could pay the appropriate prices for the front and rear floor mats and mud guards that they supposedly put on my vehicle And triple charged from what Kia’s website says. I also paid almost $1000 for ELO/GPS that doesn’t know where my car is at all. The dealership is also supposed to do PDI on the vehicle. ... read more
