Janet Powers was with us every step of the way. The purchase of our (forever) home could not have gone easier without her. My fiancé and I would think of questions as the sale was beginning to happen and before we could ask Janet would send a text with what our next step would be. She was available days and nights to answer our questions and help our problems. Even after the sale was finished she has checked in on multiple occasions. Rosedale Reality has a great agent working for them, who will work with you.

Janet Powers is the best! She made the whole process so easy, and she was a fierce advocate for us with the sellers and their agent. If I could rate her higher, I would!
Megan Rosendale is awesome! She is laid back and not pushy-- which I definitely appreciate. She took us to quite a few properties before we settled on one, and was super patient and helpful in finding out important info we requested. And when we did buy a house, we didn't feel bombarded or overwhelmed during closing with all of the info. She explained everything clearly and had wonderful recommendations for inspections, title companies, etc. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Megan, YOU ROCK!
