I bought a house through Century 21. They advertised the house came with a sprinkler system. I wasn’t able to verify that due to being in the hospital. However I really don’t think I should have had to make sure what they advertised was actuate. Once I confronted them I was told they would pay some of the cost of installing the system. That never happened. Really disappointed in this company All I can say is be sure that you are getting what they say. Kent Shaw
Make sure you ready the “highlighted” fine print because Chris will Scam you out of your deposit. Fiancé took care of his home for 4 years. Reported everything that was wrong and They never wanted to come out to fix anything. They didn’t do a lease renewal. And he’s disrespectful and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to rent from him as long as he does business that way, just saying.
