Since they have taken over the management in our building, the quality has dropped dramatically. They didn't pay the gas bill, won't fulfill maintenance requests, won't hire exterminators, the list goes on. They are making me want to move.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. After another tenant vandalized my vehicle, I repeatedly reached out to management for assistance and information regarding the incident. I was initially told I would receive a response within 24 hours, but nearly two weeks passed before I received the footage that was available. Found this company just looking for work and was offered a place by Tony!!! What a nightmare we got strung along by Tony to nowhere never signed a lease and we’re out of $1700 and the matter is now headed to court because they won’t give our money back! And the Tony guy is trying to save his own ass ( as he stated on the phone) all the promises this guy made to gain out trust he’s now trying to distance himself from the whole situation now that we want our money back!
