Samantha Saldana sold our house in El Sereno and was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. I do not recommend her, as she clearly favored the buyers. When my wife tried to speak with her, she dismissed her in front of the buyers. She brought us a lowball offer from two dramatic buyers who later attempted to sue us. To this day, she hasn’t even followed up to check how we’re settling into our new home out of state. The entire experience was a nightmare. Stay far away from this agent.
Mr Godoy failed in the area of professionalism and communication. Mr Godoy lacked timely responsiveness by failing to wire the sellers funds to my escrow company by the due date of Nov 17th. The funds were not received until Nov 20th costing me, the seller, an additional $1866. I have made numerous attempts to recoup this money owed to me from Diego Godoy.
