My family has been involved in real estate for over 30 years; buying and selling homes and Maryann Pharis-Mathes is the most unprofessional and disrespectful salesperson we have ever dealt with. Failure to accommodate simple requests, stormed out of the closing like a petulant child when said failure was pointed out and at the conclusion of the closing, she threw the paper work and keys at my mother as if she was a beggar rather than handing them over like a true professional would do.
