I went in and asked to view some properties, and the red flag for me was you have to pay and do a application, wait to be approved before simply viewing a freaking property. No real company will suggest this. After doing alot of research, the properties listed has been available since summer of 2025. That tells me alot in itself. That is scamming behavior to move in this manner.
This company is totally scam and fraud. They collect money from ppl for rental home tours and ask them if you wanna withdraw your application we will give your money back. But they are liers they don't give the home tour and when you ask for withdraw the application they sweetly reply that application is under process. They just doing the fraud. They are liers and luted the money from poor ppl
Mr Giovingo rented a house to me. There was a water leak he was aware of. After receiving a water bill close to $1000. He did all he could to not take any responsibility for any of it. He had the WLG department use my $200 deposit to appear as he had paid on the bill. I moved as soon as possible so he didn’t cost me any more. Each month the house sits there he is losing more than I did from him stealing my deposit. Karma!
This rental company goes to the extreme to keep people out of their homes I have best perfect credit no evictions 4 time over the income that's needed for the rental property no criminal background great payment history and they denied my application because I had a small closed credit account on my credit report. I truthfully think that form of screening is very unnecessary.
