Get the keys and check out the property FIRST. We were misinformed about the first property's beach access (stairs for a handicapped person) and given a second property that was FILTHY!!!! Ended up coming home because they refused to give us another option. Be sure you know what the property looks like...in person....before you sign in. Don't trust them to tell the truth!
