Worst rental experience ever. I moved into town home on Fayetteville Rd. The town home was nasty. It wasn't painted and I had to replace bulbs and batteries for smoke detector. We had to clean the town home from top to bottom. Water bug infested!!!!! And on top of that they don't spray, so you have to buy your own stuff to do it yourself. Takes them to long to come fix things. Usually a couple of days. They are rude! Just don't care about the tenants and their needs. And they were two break ins in broad daylight. Worked with Linda Metzger. Long story short first home buying experience traumatized and ruined by this woman. When things didn't go through we figured our deposit will be returned. Linda Metzger did everything in her will to see we didn't get it back just because her sale didn't go through. Unprofessional and unethical office.
