Jennifer was so amazing! We just bought a house and let me tell you... she did everything she was supposed to and then some. She never got upset with any of my husbands or my requests with what we where looking for. I had so many houses I wanted to go took at and she did all the footwork to see if the seller was willing to help out with closing costs and repairs before we even looked. Truly a below average experience. Their service, or rather lack of service in all regards was ever present and always consistent. As a property owner, I cannot recommend them as a property management firm to anyone. Three stars is truly and honestly a fair assessment of "the edge", gearing towards a 2.5 star rating if it were an option... .
Do not rent from any property managed by this company. Our AC was out for over 2 weeks with no care or urgency from the property management company or the owner of the property to fix it. It took over two weeks of having to call daily for updates. No calls were ever returned to give any updates on what was going on. Additionally, when we did get someone on the phone we were lied to multiple times about the repair being approved and the day it would be fixed.
The rent is paid on time, but the maintenance department doesn't do their job . The problem with the maintenance department they neglected the issues of maintenance needed in the house.
