Bad service I lost my time here!!
Rosalee Burrola is rude, unprofessional, and does not know how to speak to people. I would be very weary about dealing with her when buying a house. She is a liar and lies about everything. Carlos Mendoza and her are not people to be trusted with when buying a house. For them it's all about money and greedness.
Two times in the last 90 days our AC has gone out this summer with 100+ temperatures. Both times Century 21 does not see this as an emergency and takes 72+ hours to fix the issue despite us having a newborn and a toddler ontop of that my wife recovering from surgery. This is ridiculous.
