Kristi went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She answered questions and gave us good information to consider and worked with us in our very limited window to get a house bought and move to EP. She was great! I can't recommend Kristi enough!
I will always recommend Jackie York to anyone and her Coworker Daisy York. I had a very bad experience with another century 21 when purchased our first house and renting it in el Paso, but Jackie made it all better, she also helped us with the rental property management, who are so much more responsible and responsive. Not only the calculated all the taxes and amount correctly, they even went out their was to separated the corrected categories of charges. I wish we had used anybody else. I would give negative stars if I could. The details don’t matter at this point. They got their commission and that’s all that mattered to them. Regardless of their reply they know exactly what they did and didn’t do. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Maybe they just don’t have any empathy or compassion. Remember that businesses can also pay to have their negative reviews removed. A company I use to work for did it 2-3 times a year. Just saying.
