After Adam Torres informed me on Wednesday that the water bill was not in my name. I informed him that CRRUA wouldn’t let me transfer the bill into my name because the previous owner had an outstanding bill. It’s Monday and they shut off my water. Called back up there to make sure and in fact I can not do anything until owner pays bill. Great property management here👍 UPDATE: They called me and said they were taking care of the bill/ disconnection fee and I could pay them directly. Kristi went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She answered questions and gave us good information to consider and worked with us in our very limited window to get a house bought and move to EP. She was great! I can't recommend Kristi enough!
