Leased a home through them. Although the home had been "professionally" cleaned, we had to spend the first 2 days cleaning the home to make it livable (ranging from significant dust to "dark" stains on the bed sheets). It had several signficant issues that we reported to the realtor (they finally fixed one) and the home didn't even have a functional smoke detector, which we had to remedy.
