Laura Lee was outstanding. Presenting a marketing plan, capturing local comparisons and showing us what she felt we should ask for the house. She took time to make suggestions to help it show and provided names of vendors to assist. Once under contract, she was proactively engaged in all levels of communications and helped educate us on potential impacts when we had to make decisions to enable the sale to move forward. Leased a home through them. Although the home had been "professionally" cleaned, we had to spend the first 2 days cleaning the home to make it livable (ranging from significant dust to "dark" stains on the bed sheets). It had several signficant issues that we reported to the realtor (they finally fixed one) and the home didn't even have a functional smoke detector, which we had to remedy. Upon leaving they charged additional cleaning fees, even though we left the home cleaner than when we found it. Avoid leasing through them... read more
