My wife called to ask about a plot of land and a man named Singh was very rude to her on the phone for absolutely no reason. I don't know how the company keeps him employed. I rarely complain and frequently praise professionalism. This wasn't close to the latter.
I called to inquire about a property at Cornwall. I spoke to the reception to connect me to a particular person as I had some questions( call at reception was very well received). My call was forwarded to a man ( found out his name was Singh)and before I could put forth a question I asked for his name to move my conversation forward. Wonderful experience buying and selling our home. We worked with Matt, who was dedicated, hard working, respectful with lots of knowledge on buying and selling. He always responded quickly to any communication we had with him.
Used for purchasing a home recently, never again! Unprofessional and was more keen at getting a sale for the seller and once this was achieved, that was it!
