Lori Mallas purposely wasted my time on a home process with extended time with a lender she wanted me to work with after I already had my own lender. Lender purposely wasted time by not informing correctly about the credit bureau have an a student loan effect after knowing since November and led us to believe we will close and extended our hom enjoying process. Get 2 stars because my house closing actually did happen. I was told a definite closing date, so went and rented an apartment. Ended up paying for both for almost a year. Had definite closings scheduled with 4 different buyers. All fell through for various reasons not on my end. All except the last one. However we did not keep any deposits. Seems strange and I’m not sure I believe that’s true. My Realator gets all kinds of awards but I personally was not satisfied

Will never use them again we had a plan to move to Florida and it didn’t work out so than we decided to keep our house but no we couldn’t they never explained to us about contingency or explain anything to us if we don’t move or find another house so basically we were forced to move out and sell our house just so they could get they’re commission
