Will never use them again we had a plan to move to Florida and it didn’t work out so than we decided to keep our house but no we couldn’t they never explained to us about contingency or explain anything to us if we don’t move or find another house so basically we were forced to move out and sell our house just so they could get they’re commission
Great office to work for.
Our home sold after about 3 months on the market by a non listing agent. We were told it would sell in about a week. Disappointed that Century21 office had less showings than the non listing agents. Disappointed that in a buyers market Cebtury21 did not have a better clientele to sell at a more acceptable price. Had to settle on a less desirable price in order to cut our costs for maintaining the home as we moved out after listing. Communication was good but had to keep on top to get updates.
