Disappointing Experience. Our company was looking for a local broker to conduct a Broker's Price Opinion on a home in Alexandria Indiana. We came across their website and picked a broker by the name of Connor McCulley. We contacted Connor, explained what we needed, he agreed to do the BPO and asked for me to "send it over". I emailed him the paperwork. He then went MIA. Our customer called us 4 days later and told us they never received a call from Connor.
