Worst experience ever in selling a home. Our agent, Molly Nolan, did not keep us informed. Our closing was scheduled for 1pm, at 2pm she told me she was "too busy" to check & see if it had happened. I had to call buyers agent to find out. Molly's only response later was a text saying "it's done. Closed.". No thank you, no congratulations. Totally unprofessional!
I’m giving Dunja the realtor and Ed Loan Officer at Sbarra Century 21 a five star but actually they deserve a 10 star I was going to give up and not bother with buying a house cause I was turned down by three people Dunja and Ed said no we’ll make it happen thank God We went to closing and we have a lovely little house if anybody can get it done they can do not apply for loans online don’t do it go with these people they can get it done I cannot forget about Steph Pipeline Manager they made it happen John and Nancy
If you are a new home buyer, or are unfamiliar with the process, I do not recommend using this agency. Our agent, Jennifer Gilmore, was very committed in helping us find our new home and communicated to the seller's agent our repair requests from the inspection, but she failed to provide us with a final walk through prior to closing (though she did apologize) and failed to provide us with a disclosure report as proof of these requested repairs, even after we asked for the report several times after closing.
