Called and asked if they could draw up a offer for a house and get me some measurements. They said they would call me back never did . I called again and they said they were waiting for agent to call them back to get door code for measurements. And then never called me back after I told them time was important and I needed to submit my offer and they didn’t seem to concerned and have yet to call me back . Do not use these people for anything , lazy work ethic .
I honestly don't know what that last reviewer is talking about!Greg is very professional and upfront and handled the sale of our house extremely well! Greg went out of his way and my wife and I would definitely be using Greg again!!
Shockingly rude and unprofessional. When you see Lisa or Grant's name on a listing don't even bother, just keep looking. I tried to look at several properties last year listed by San Moritz Realty. They are unpleasant and curmudgeonly on the phone to a level that is disrespectful. They treat you like you are a major inconvenience. I looked at one property through them and she showed up an hour late to the viewing leaving me and my girlfriend standing outside the house.
