We purchased a new construction twin home from Sal Melo of Century21 Ryon Real Estate. Absolutely nothing that was supposed to be done by final walkthrough was done. We still closed and held 4k in escrow. 4 months later nothing has been completed still. He has personally attempted to fix things and made them significantly worse. Cracks in every surface of drywall, overlapped carpet matting leaving humps in floor.
