Horrible. My husband and DETAILED our rental (which was disgusting when we moved in) and they still kept our deposit and charged us additional on top when we moved out. We even had the carpets cleaned you name it. Our town house was immaculate. They just want your money. On top of that we put in two emergency work orders while we lived there that they never came out for and lawn care and pest control was to be included and they hardly ever came.
Good property management group to work with.
Can’t say enough nice things about our experience with Terri Averett in selling our property. Her professionalism and energy to get things done were top notch. We were located several states away and Terri was the best advocate we could have hoped for through every stage of the process.
