If you need a real estate agent then this seems not to be the place to go. I contacted the office and Mr. Reichenbach several times without any kind of reply. So if you want to waste your time and pay high commissions to people who do not even respond then this is a good choice for you. Wendy Hickman sent me a letter mere weeks after my father passed asking about selling his house. She couldn't even be bothered to spell my name correctly. Massively inappropriate timing. Based on other reviews, it looks like she has a history of doing this. Predatory company - stay away.
Do not rent with any Century21 office - or any landlord that uses Century 21 as their property manager. They will lie to get you in - then lie after you leave. Julia Paulsen, from another C21 office, stated she barely knew the landlord, then as everything broke down - she said she could do nothing about it - then the landlord began using her phone number and email to send messages about holding my deposit - then the neighbors let me know they are already showing the apartment.
