Absolutely appalling service from this company. They were extremely rude and unprofessional from day one, and I wish I had not given them a chance. Mike Blackall is an absolute scammer who charged me hundreds of dollars in services I did NOT agree to...the lack of integrity is wild. I don't understand how they can treat owners and clients this way and still be operating...as well, they are notorious for blatantly ignoring emails and phone calls even when it comes to serious matters. Mike Blackhall & Century 21 go above and beyond! We were recommended by someone whose entire extended family uses Mike & Century 21 as their realtor for years now. If I could give zero stars I would… These people are a literal nightmare to deal with. My roof was damaged in a wind storm, they charged me for it. Claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. Gate blew down in a windstorm, claimed it was not their responsibility. Gave us numerous hoops to jump through when we tried to sell. Nothing but attitude from everybody in this office, condescending and rude people. Probably the least helpful people possible.
