It’s been nearly a month, and we still haven’t received our security deposit. They’ve failed to provide any valid proof that a cheque was even mailed, and their response time has been consistently poor. If you’re comfortable having your money tied up indefinitely, then by all means rent from them. Otherwise, avoid this company. I never expected to have to fight just to get my own money back. Extremely unprofessional experience.
