The staff were rude, and it was pretty clear they had no intention of renting to me as soon as I walked through the door. Haven't even called me back regarding my application almost 2 weeks later. UPDATE: after finding out about my review, they contacted me under the auspices of finally showing me the place. Once I showed up to the showing, I was accosted about my review, and they demanded I withdraw it. They were able to help me when no other business could.
Todd & Melanie were amazing. They helped us find a lender by giving us a list of trustworthy lenders. This worked out fantastically! They helped us find trustworthy inspectors that knew their business well. There was several problems with the loan and purchasing process. They handled all the multiple negotiations and red tape. We couldnt have purchased a home without them. Our home purchase required a lot of behind the scenes networking that they handled beautifully! We are very grateful!
