I bought a house from Jesse Derrick. It was one he renovated. He left the house a huge mess and things still not done after being in the house for over a month. He had me write him 2 different checks for a "credit" which had made me almost lose my loan. His guy he has working on his houses openly admits he just cuts lawns.
