Be very careful dealing with Chris Armstrong who is the Broker and Owner of this company. He is untrustworthy, doesn’t communicate, and tries selling homes without understanding everything about the property. He tried to claim he had no idea what was going on when questioned and he admitted he hadn’t spoken to his own client for weeks!!!! He treated our agent very unprofessionally and continues to not help create a resolution despite the fact our mortgage is ready and we are under contract.
