Scam artists. I rented a house and was told I could get my security deposit back if I had to break the lease if I bought a house. I paid the rent u til they found new tenants. All of a sudden, I lost my whole deposit because I “broke the lease.” Flat out liars.
Kim was my realtor and she did a wonderful job helping me find a home that I felt at home in, and it wasn't an easy task, but she was patient. Because of the pandemic I thought it would be a bit of a challenge but honestly it was the easiest home buying experience I've had out of the 3 so far. She was knowledgeable of the area I was looking to reside at, even giving me her thoughts but not opinions. Kim Campbell and all of Century 21 Oviedo are outstanding. She was with us from start to finish and even let us bother her with phone calls and texts way past normal hours.
