Thank you, thank you Hallmark Electric! Moved into an older condo and discovered numerous electrical problems that others had tried to fix. Called Hallmark Electric and within hours they answered my cry for help. Not only was the problem in a number of sockets in the downstairs portion of the condo, but the breaker box had many issues as well.
