I have worked exclusively with Jermaine over the past few years purchasing my home and rental homes in Manistee and she is an amazing business woman. Jermaine is familiar with the area, diligent about researching histories of homes, she will aggressively negotiate sale prices, and on multiple occasions she advised me against some risky purchases (despite it meaning that she would lose her commission). I highly recommend Jermaine to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
Had Jermaine as a real estate agent and she took 2 entire months to contact me over email with a house that was wildly out of my budget. Then Another month later finally got back to me with another house that was entirely to small for my family. Poor communication and this being my first home purchase I didn’t know better so now I got stuck with renting another year.
