Greg evans is a liar and screwed a family with 2 kids to take care of out of their deposit after they said we could leave and it was fine and we made the property better and six months been moved and still trying to make us pay for stuff for that property like take care of your own buisness and stop taking money from my family's mouth not thatthey care about taking food out of a 1 yr old and 3 yr old

Greg Evans has very bad communication, I do not recommend this place.. If you want a better service you should go to the offices in Lakeport..
