“By law the burden of proof is on the recipient to prove they didn’t receive them not the sender proving they sent them” this is the response I got from property manager Liz when I asked if she could resend the emails she said she sent saying she was going to fine us for HOA. This is the worst property management company!!! Avoid at all cost!!! They are very unprofessional, rude and will keep your deposit no matter what!!!! Save the headache and disrespect!!!!
