We looked at a couple of places with Mike. One was literally gutted. How could a realtor not know that. Not motivated and downright nasty. Mike is unprofessional period. We found a place with someone else. He sent me a nasty email from his Century 21 email address. I still have it. I wonder what this company thinks of that!
This fraud of a realtor sold a friends two family house in Peabody for $45,000 LESS than asking price. Yes that's right LESS...In todays market that is completely inexcusable bordering on unethical. Gave some bogus excuses for NOT holding an open house, then when you tried to reach him, he never responds. I viewed the house, it was actually listed at or under it's actual market value and was shocked when I heard the sold price.
