Cathy was very attuned to what my goal was in selling the house. I wanted to move quickly and not sit on the market too long. My wife and I have been working with Nicholas for several years and he's been a fantastic person to work with. He not only managed our condo in Alexandria, but also helped us through the many issues we had with the condo association management company. Been a tenant for almost 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed. They're quick to respond to my maintenance requests and the workers they've sent over have always been polite. I recently had my bathtub replaced and AC console cleaned (coils were really dirty and causing leaks). Everything was done inside of one week and the work was quality. So I'm very grateful to Gawen and Nicholas for being good landlords and I feel very blessed to be living where I am.
