Ridiculous! I would have rated a ZERO if it was possible. We rent a condo with a washer and dryer for a reason, and that reason is because we need to wash clothes during our one week stay. Last July 2023, we rented a condo in Ocean City, MD. from Century 21 New Horizon. The washing machine would not stop filling with water, regardless of the load size.
