I am responding to Francisco Del Cid review. Mr. Del Cid has never spoken or emailed me nor has he contacted our office (Century 21MM). Secondly we did not represent him in any transaction. He was represented by another broker and brokerage. I nor did Century 21MM every have a Real Estate Agency Relationship with Mr. Del Cid. We are REALTORS who follow the Code of Ethic for which we have a Fiduciary duty and we don't cross the line with other agents clients. There is always two sides of the story. We had a nightmare experience with Paula Johnsen , shes very unprofessional, she never responds to her calls or emails and she always seems to come up with an excuse that she was out of town and that's why she didnt respond to her emails or calls. Stay far away from her and this firm, matter of fact I complained to Century 21 office manager and plain did not care either.
