This review is based on the lack of professionalism indicated by Rob Baldwin. My fiancé and I were interested in renting a home that had a sign out with Rob’s info so we contacted him right away. He met with us the next morning to show us the home but we felt completely rushed since the walk through lasted less than 10 mins. We were interested to rent a home, and we were requested to submit the full application with a credit report before ever seeng the house or meeting the agent (Nicholas Genova). We denied and were promised we can just fill the form for the pre-approval, and still after the forms were sent it turned our scheduling the appointment requires submitting everything. Lots of wasted time.
