The person that answered the phone did not introduce themselves, their business name, and had very low to little energy. I got a negative vibe from the person and he did not seem friendly at all. I am in a position to have something sold for my mother in law and this is not the person that I will be doing business with. First impressions matter Sir.
I talked to Victor Mikhaeel who is the responsible broker at this Century21 shop. He is VERY unprofessional and shouted at me that he isn't open today (Sunday) when I called his office number. II asked about one of his agents under him (Zohra Emery) and he said "I don't care about her" and to "call her directly" and he hung up. This man is RUDE and selfish and mean. I would NEVER do business with him after being treated like that. Maybe he is having a bad year./
