I recently visited this location to inquire about rental properties. The door was locked, and although someone was visibly inside behind the glass, they made no effort to greet or acknowledge me. When they finally addressed me, the first thing they said was “What is it about?” with no professionalism or courtesy. As a potential client, I expected at least a basic level of customer service or respect. Unfortunately, the first impression was disappointing and unwelcoming.
