Be careful purchasing any property represented by Jo Mullins, we purchased the house actually across the street from her own house. She was representing sellers James and Kim Hollis in the sale. It is clear that they were banking on the buyer beware laws in Alabama when they listed this house on MLS, as a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house… in reality it is not a house, it is an illegal structure that was constructed without permits (NONE).
