My fiance & I bought our first house through century 21 & they did an amazing job at explaining the process & keeping our best interest in mind. We appreciate how seamless the process was!
I spoke with Chris, who is allegedly the rental agent. He told me that I needed to fill out the rental application online. I did so and paid the $20.00 fee, all to be called by Chris that he didn’t have anything for rent. It is absurd that I should have to pay for them to tell me that they could not help me. I would never do business with Century 21, just based off this account with them. If I could give them zero stars I would have.
Lacy has been great in trying to help us find a home, attentive, helpful, honest, really has went out of her way. However unfortunately we had the great displeasure of meeting with Kristy this week. She was completely uninvolved, on her phone the entire time, lied about the property having disclosures, and then tried to send us a 2 bed 1 bath home after we repeatedly talked about how big our family was.
