I question the validity of the 4 star rating. Are any reviews by clients. The most important people to a realtor are their clients. The 5 star review are by a realtor guide with Ludecke most likely purchased advertising pages in their monthly publications. I challenge clients to make a positive review of the real estate /management company. If their are any negatives i would appreciate those comments as well. I am currently auditing the expense logs and i hope i dont see as many discrepancies as we saw 7 years ago. This is j... read more
