I should've published this sooner, but I've been busy unpacking in my new home. Shout out to Tammy for doing such a great job and helping me find my new home. Tammy went way above and beyond to find that perfect fit for me. Highly recommend her!! Thanks again Tammy!!!
Terrible!! My mom is very upset that they are keeping her full $1250 of her deposit. The house was left in good condition. Yes there was minor things such as nails in walls and a security system that needed to be removed. They nagged at the littles things saying there was trash and feces in yard and she still OWES them an additional $300 for that because its more then the security deposit, The yard is only 20 by 10 feet long which is a VERY small yard...Theres no way all of that adds up to $1550.
