I rented from This company. I waited almost 6 months to get my deposit back. The only reason I got it back was because I went to the company. When I went to the business to explain my disputes in person since they didn’t respond to the 2 certified letters that i sent to Jeff Burgess, they told me if I want the full refund I can sue them. Alert! BE VERY CAREFUL!! Do not rent this condo or from century 21 lighthouse. I had a very bad experience with this company Last year, our air conditioning unit broke. Jeff Burgess had my family with 2 kids 6 year olds without the air conditioner for a week. I called him several times, he never answered my calls, but rather answer emails being very rude unprofessional and a bully about the situation! this was on 4/2019.
