Totally awful experience with them ! They didn't help us with heat during winter we made multiple calls and still nothing got fixed. Yet they seem to be really quick with collecting their fees and late fees and such if the other party mess up ( not that we ever did ) but let us freeze without help ! The place wasn't cleaned when we came in, and clogged bath tub and after multiple phone calls they came to drain the bath tub. Now we have heat issues for weeks and no help in winter! Definitely not recommended.
I did not have a good experience with the property management of Century 21. I listed a property with them, and it was out on the market for more than 130 days. They were unresponsive to me, I don't imagine they were being responsive to possible tenants. I switched to another property management company and got it rented out within a couple of weeks.
Noah is a good person to work with when he is not swamped with work (which is difficult in regard to his demands). Taylor, however, is rude and very unprofessional. You may want to quickly establish boundaries with her during your first conversation. Robert is a godsend. He is swamped with work as well, BUT when he says he will do something he WILL do it, and it may take a few days to a week BUT HE QILL follow through. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed, but grateful. It could have been much worse.
I would definitely recommend Nate as your next realtor, he is truly awesome and asked for things I would've never thought to ask for or look at.
