Unethical and questionable practices.
We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home after our home was damaged during Hurricane Helene. It was not a house I would choose normally, but it was sufficient at the time. However, maintenance issues began to arise as we lived there for 14 months. 1) During the 2nd month of living there, we realized they had painted the tub and shower inserts because the paint began to peel. Totally awful experience with them ! They didn't help us with heat during winter we made multiple calls and still nothing got fixed. Yet they seem to be really quick with collecting their fees and late fees and such if the other party mess up ( not that we ever did ) but let us freeze without help ! The place wasn't cleaned when we came in, and clogged bath tub and after multiple phone calls they came to drain the bath tub. Now we have heat issues for weeks and no help in winter! Definitely not recommended.
