Horrible customer service from the woman in the front. I was trying to do my boyfriend a favor and drop off his money order for rent and he was unaware there were 2 locations and that this was not the property management location. She rudely stated “this isn’t property management” to which I was confused so I asked for clarification on where I needed to go. She said “to property management” … well thanks? I went to tour an apartment. Really loved it and applied. I was told during the tour with Timothy that if I applied I wouldn’t have to pay the $75 application fee unless I was picked by the owner to move into the property. Instead they took my $75 and told me they went with a different applicant. They are liars and only want your money.
We had to move because we were not told the street noise keeps you up at night, panhandlers knocking on your door, and unsafe living conditions. Not to mention the inability to heat or cool. The owner a LITERALLY LEFT ME TO FREEZE. Now, you want to send me a bill? For what? You didn’t send me the bill and it went to collections?? You guys are crooks.
