Very friendly people but one of there agents named John does shady business and does not disclose issues with properties. There was a mold infestation on the property. They should disclose information like this to me before I waste my time... beside the mold there are many issues with the property that were not mentioned. It's sad that the agent would entice a potential buyer and wait until the last minute to tell you the 2 page list of issues and fixes that need to be done.
