Terrible inaccurate real estate information. I had two homes combined into one home in 2022. this entailed Athens zoning board and filing a new deed. I currently am taxed as a single home/lot at 229 central Ave. Century 21 and a real estate agent named Michael Dickerson insisted there is two homes at 229 central Ave. He couldn't accept 227 central Ave no longer exists. My wife and I are elderly and this agent caused great anguish and stress to us.
