We have stayed at Emerald Surf for years and we love it there. we love the location and we really like a few of the units. BUT Our family rented unit 102 and 301 in sept 2022. At Emerald Surf through IVR Century 21. First of all the communication from them and one of our rooms getting changed, was horrible. Changed and did not find out until we called them!!!! and that is "short" of the story!!! Both of those units are SOOOO outdated! We will never rent those 2 again!
