BLUF: To Owners they never respond, grossly miscalculate taxes, and difficult to work with. This company barely lasted my property through a one-year lease, couldn't get rid of them quick enough. Everytime I would try to contact them it would be days sometimes weeks IF I got a response. I would usually have to email their public renters email to finally get a response. They don't do direct deposit or electronic anything, only mail checks and documents. No routine property checkups or mid lease inspections. We lost a great te... read more
Unprofessional and disorganized management company. My daughter came back from overseas to a disgusting townhome that was absolutely not cleaned and clearly not ready to move in as promised. When told we would get a cleaning credit the agent suddenly had amnesia when rent was due until she was reminded with pictures again. Terrible communication, poor customer service, and literally have no way to pay other than accepting checks. Seriously need to get up to speed with the times. Rented beware!!!!!
