I hired then known as Harcourts property management (March 2022) to put a tenant in place, they quickly did but unfortunately the tenant was major headaches and accused of illicit activities, not paying rent, and other serious allegations raised by strata, the tenant provided false documentation/ references, employment letters which were accepted by Harcourts. All in all a nightmare of a journey and not pleased that we put trust in a reputable company. Would not recommend.
Lisa Black from Harcourts helped me with renting my unit. She was always very attentive and cared about my interests. I would definitely recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again.
