I am a tenant for one of their units and I do not feel like I am being taken care of at all. My AC has been out for 3 weeks so due to the summer heat it averages 82-87 degrees in my apartment. They are not going out of their way to fix it. They hired a service tech to come out, he determined the problem, and now won’t answer any phone calls 2 weeks later. Not sure why it takes this long to get something fixed or why they can’t find someone else to fix it. Getting very fed up.

Justin and his team really helped us buying a first home. Shannon really gave us a great morgage and closing rate through this evening going up time. And Justin really lead us through process nicely and friendly. Everything can be done so fast and easy by electric now I loved it. He works weekdays, weekends, days and night. The family is in a real estate business long time, they know a lot of stuffs, people and people know them too. It was a good ride and I understood the process nicely. Beware of their rental side i rented through them for my time in hawaii they may help you get into a place but they charge excessive unbelievable moving out fees you will not see your deposit back and may emd up owing more
